安装版也是这样。

经过排查，发现是microsoft visual C++ 2005 redistributable 没有安装的原因。尽管系统已经安装有2008以及2010的版本。

但QQ不吃。只吃2005的版本。于是安装2005.结果无法安装。卸载掉所有高版本后再安装2005，问题解决。

不再报错提示The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect, Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.  了。

如有需要，再安装回2008和2010便是了。
