By default the font used in GroupWise is taken from your windows settings. Fortunately version 5.5.3 (or later) of the GroupWise client provides a better way. (Check your version in Help > About GroupWise)

You will also need to have had Internet Explorer 4 or greater installed on your computer prior to the installation of GroupWise. If this is the case, you can create HTML messages. In an HTML message you can set a default font for outgoing messages.
Open a new message and click HTML in the View menu to display the HTML toolbar over the top of the message area.
 
Using the HTML toolbar change the font to what you want the default font to be.
 
Right click anywhere in the HTML toolbar to select 'Set current font as default'
This will only alter the font for outgoing messages. It is not possible to set a default font for incomming messages but you can set a default font for the GroupWise viewer and read your messages using it instead of the standard message view. 本文引用自Novell迷网站

 
Open a message that you have received. (Preferably with a small font)
 
Click the button on the toolbar that has a pair of specticles on it. This will display the message in the Viewer.
 
Right click anywhere on the message section of the viewer
 
Click 'Display Options' to open the Display Options dialogue box. The default font will be described at the top.
 
Click the 'Change' button to change the default font
Tips:
Change the default font for the Print Options as well by repeating steps 3, 4 and 5 only this time click 'Print (Preview) Options' instead of 'Display Options' in step 4.
 
To change the display in the View window from normal to print peview, right click on the message again (as in step 3 above) and point to 'View Item' then View. Select from three options 'Draft','Normal' or 'Preview'. Novell迷网站內容，版权所有
